Cheryl Kay Blocher McGraw, 63, passed away on October 30, 2011 following a long battle with COPD. She was born in Minot North Dakota to Frank and Avis Blocher and is  survived by her sister, Debi Ely, of Fargo, ND., children, grand children, nieces and nephews. The funeral was on Friday, November 3, 2011 and interment will be later in Arlington National Cemetary, Arlington, Va. Cards may be sent to the family at 2222 Kempton Park Circle, Bel Air, MD, 21015.
