Roxanne "Sandy" Thiele Cook, 64, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at her home. She was born October 28, 1948 in Minot and attended school in Minot untill the family moved to Idaho where she graduated. She was stationed in Germany with the Army during the Vietnam War. She was once married to Paul Cook and they had two sons, Seth and Christopher.
