Phillip James Kallias Jr. died April 29, 2013 in El Mirage, AZ. Phil was born  and educated in Minot. He worked as a construction worker specializing in concrete and home construction untill moving to Lewiston, Idaho where he attended Lewis and Clark State College and recieved an honors degree in drafting Technology.  Phil was a US Army veteran and served our country for six years as a communications specialist and radar and computer repair specialist both overseas and in the United States. He is survived by Camy Walter of El Mirage, stepdaughter Shandell, stepson Shane, and son David. Phil fought a good fight for 15 months against a cancerous brain tumor.
