Renay Grist was born August 20, 1948 in Miles City, Montana. Her family moved to Minot, North Dakota in 1959. Renay married Dale Nesdahl in 1968. Dale died in 2013.
I am very sad to hear of Renay's passing. It was a pleasure taking classes with Renay our junior and senior years, and It was awesome working closely with her for the next eight or nine years at SRT. Though I had not seen Renay in a very long time, I have thought of her fondly many times. She was a very bright, funny, and kind person. You will be greatly missed, Renay. Rest in peace.
